The item(s) being returned must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Personalized, custom-made, items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Returns will be subject to a $7 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
