1. Standard Products (Non-Personalized):

   • Cancellation Period: Orders for standard products can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
   • How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please email us at info@littlesurpriseshop.com with your order number and cancellation request.

2. Personalized Products:

   • Due to the custom nature of personalized products, cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase.
   • After this period, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled.

3. Limited Edition or Sale Items:

   • Orders for limited edition or sale items cannot be canceled once placed. All sales for these items are final.

4. Pre-Orders and Special Launches:

   • For pre-order or special launch items, cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are not permitted.

Note: If your order has already shipped or been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
